Intake Valves (+1mm):
Set of six intake valves. Made of one piece forged stainless steel, fully CNC machined, have a hard chrome treatment, and hard tips. The CNC process eliminates any imperfections from the forging. They undergo a heat-treatment to ensure proper molecular integrity and uniform grain structure throughout the valve. The Hard chrome plating reduces wear and provide optimum anti-friction performance. Excellent for hi-performance or racing applications.
Exhaust Valves (+1mm):
Set of six exhaust valves. Made from one piece, forged Inconel alloy, fully CNC machined, has a hard chrome treatment and a hard tip. Excellent for those looking to rebuild the cylinder head, or replacing bent valves, and wanting a high-power performance engine.
Inconel is an alloy that cope well with very high temperatures, such as the temperatures exhaust valve are subjected to and attain, especially since, unlike intake valves, there is no fuel that goes through them that would be able to cool them down.
Inconel is used for exhaust valves because Inconel alloy is very well suited for high-temperature and high-pressure environments, it is much more stable than stainless steel at high temperatures, as well as being resistant to corrosion and oxidation.

Dual Valve Springs:
Our valve springs are made with premium Super Clean Chrome silicon Vanadium Steel alloy for higher performance and durability at high rpm's and better memory. The valve springs are computer designed to ensure that wire stress levels do not overpass the limits of stress defined in the diagrams of fatigue for long durability under extreme conditions. Computer software also allows us to make sure that the harmonics are well under control limits.
Titanium Retainers:
Aqua Sport Titanium valve retainer set for Sea-Doo RXP/RXT/GTI 4-TEC Supercharged. These retainers are manufactured with high quality military certified Ti 17 and Ti 64 Titanium alloy, CNC machined for precise dimensions. They are extremely strong and wear resistant, all being 40% lighter than their steel counterparts. Higher RPM red line. Our materials are tested and certified for chemical purity, uniform grain micro structure, and superior mechanical properties, as well as sonically tested for imperfections.
