Dual Valve Springs:

Our valve springs are made with premium Super Clean Chrome silicon Vanadium Steel alloy for higher performance and durability at high rpm's and better memory. The valve springs are computer designed to ensure that wire stress levels do not overpass the limits of stress defined in the diagrams of fatigue for long durability under extreme conditions. Computer software also allows us to make sure that the harmonics are well under control limits.

Titanium Retainers:

AquaSport Titanium performance valve retainer set for Sea-Doo RXP/RXT/GTI 4-TEC Supercharged. These retainers are manufactured with high quality military certified Ti 17 and Ti 64 Titanium alloy, and are CNC machined to precise dimensions. They are extremely strong and wear resistant, all while being 40% lighter than their steel counterparts. Titanium retainer lighten the valve assembly and offer higher RPM red line. Our materials are tested and certified for chemical purity, uniform grain micro structure, and superior mechanical properties, as well as sonically tested for imperfections.
