Shipping Concerns
All shipping carriers do NOT work on week-ends or on holidays. Delivery dates are counted without counting week-ends or holidays. It is your responsibility to order AHEAD of time if you are in a rush to receive your package. It is not AquaSport Performance's, USPS, or UPS's fault if your order does not get completed and shipped in time, if you are placing an order at the last minute.
Order fullfillment typically takes 1-2 business days
Back-ordered, out of stock items, and custom-made items will take longer, depending on item and manufacturing time.
Place your order BEFORE 2PM EST if you want your order to ship out the day of. All orders placed AFTER 2PM EST will be shipped out the next busines day.
FREE shipping to the United States, and Puerto Rico only.
For cheaper items, we ship via USPS Ground Advantage, which takes about 2-5 business days to deliver (this is NOT guaranteed). This form of cheaper shipping option is at higher risk of delays, and delivery issues.
For more expensive items, we ship via USPS Priority Mail, which takes about 2-3 business days to deliver (this is NOT guaranteed).
AquaSport Performance is NOT responsible for delivery delays, package theft, or package loss.
Once a package is picked-up from our warehouse, USPS becomes fully responsible for the package and its delivery, NOT AquaSport Performance. Delivery time varies on the shipping location, delays by USPS (weather issues or other problems), and other factors.
If you are worried about your package not getting on time or getting lost, then we offer to ship via UPS, which will cost extra at checkout (we do not decide how much you are getting charged for shipping. UPS' system calculates your cost based on package weight and dimensions).
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
For UPS shipping services, please be aware that they do NOT deliver on week-ends and delivery time does NOT count week-ends.
Example 1: You buy on a Thursday evening/night or Friday and request UPS Next Day delivery. Your package will not arrive the next day (Saturday), because UPS does not work on week-ends. Saturday delivery costs an additional extra charge, which is very expensive. The package will therefore arrive on the next business day (Monday), without counting Holidays.
Example 2: You buy on a Wednesday evening/night or a Thursday and request UPS 2nd Day delivery. Your package will not arrive the next day (Saturday), because UPS does not work on week-ends. Saturday delivery costs an additional extra charge, which is very expensive. The package will therefore arrive on the next business day (Monday), without counting Holidays.
International Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products. If the shipping address is wrong, or is to a country or destination where delivery cannot be secured, we will cancel your order, and give you a refund.
NO returns/refunds on international orders.
Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs IF the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
