Why does my payment keep getting declined / Why does my order not go through?
1. Your bank/credit card company or PayPal not letting you make the order because you haven't bought on our website before, and therefore intercepting the transaction. Our website is 100% safe (safer than you making the order over the phone, even).
The solution? The owner of the credit card or PayPal account has to call the payment provider (Credit card or PayPal) and ask them to approve of transactions made on AquaSport Performance. Your provider probably wants to make sure that it is you trying to make the purchase, and not someone else who got their hands on your card.
2. Your shipping address is different from your billing address.
It is possible that your order might be declined if your billing address is different from the shipping address.
Similar to #1, your bank/credit card company or PayPal not letting you make the order because it thinks it might be a fraudulent transaction. This is for your own safety and ours. If someone stole your credit card and they were to buy something on a website, you would want the bank to intercept, right? That's what is happening here.

3. Low funds

After calling your payment provider, you should now be able to check-out your order without any issues.
All previous attempted orders have been blocked and declined. No you will NOT have been charged for those. Meaning you will not have been charged twice, thrice, or for hoewever many times you tried to make the order PRIOR to calling the credit card or PayPal. The only order you are getting charged for is the only order that is successful. We do NOT receive any money from you unless the order goes through.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
A lot of customers end up calling us to place the order over the phone, instead of calling the credit card or PayPal to approve of the transaction.
Calling us to place your order will take LONGER than you simply calling your payment provider. This is because we are a very small family-owned company, so we are busy running the business completing online orders, packaging, manufacturing, listing, customer service questions, etc. So you are calling us while we are busy juggling many other tasks. We prefer and highly encourage you to place the order online, especially if you wish for your order to ship out quicker. Taking your order over the phone will take us longer.
Additionally, buying on our website is safer for both you AND us, in case there's any issues with the order. Because PayPal and your credit card protect your transaction.
