Placing an order

Please order online on our website instead of calling us.

A lot of customers end up calling us to place the order over the phone, but we are busy and short-staffed. 

If your payment gets declined/if your order does not go through please call your credit card or PayPal to approve of the declined transaction. 

Calling us to place your order will take LONGER than you simply calling your payment provider. This is because we are a very small family-owned company, so we are busy running the business completing online orders, packaging, manufacturing, listing, customer service questions, etc. So you are calling us while we are busy juggling many other tasks. We prefer and highly encourage you to place the order online, especially if you wish for your order to ship out quicker. Taking your order over the phone will take us longer.

Additionally, buying on our website is safer for both you AND us, in case there's any issues with the order. Because PayPal and your credit card protect your transaction.

IMPORTANT: Previous attempted orders that were been blocked and declined, were NOT charged to you. Meaning you will NOT have been charged twice, thrice, or for hoewever many times you tried to make the order PRIOR to calling the credit card or PayPal. The only order you are getting charged for is the only order that is successful. We do NOT receive any money from you unless the order goes through.
